Martin to unleash Galway big guns

Last year's winner Thomas Edison and ante-post favourite Quick Jack are set to form a formidable twin assault on next week's Galway Hurdle for trainer Tony Martin.
Thomas Edison has run just twice since his triumph 12 months ago, finishing down the field in handicaps at Fairyhouse and Killarney this spring.
Quick Jack, who won on the Flat at last year's Galway Festival, returns in better form, however, having finished third in the Cesarewitch at Newmarket, third in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham and runner-up in the Chester Cup.
Martin told At The Races: "All going well, Thomas Edison will go back for the Galway Hurdle again.
"I'd be happy with him and hopefully he's at the stage he was at last year.
" It was a great run by Quick Jack at Chester. He's like Thomas Edison - he's been performing very well for the last year and a half.
"He had a good run in the Cesarewitch in England and ran well in a hurdle at Leopardstown, so I suppose he's entitled to be up there in the betting.
"He's well at the moment and fingers crossed we get both of them there."
