Jurgen Klopp's impact since arriving as manager of Liverpool has been nothing short of miraculous.

Since his appointment in October, the former Borussia Dortmund manager has galvanised the team through a mix of passionate man-management and, it seems, literal magic.

Liverpool tore apart a shell-shocked Southampton at St Mary's as goals from Daniel Sturridge and a hat-trick from Divock Origi completed a ruthless performance to progress to the Capital One Cup semi-finals.

Since the German's appointment, Liverpool have lost just one game in eleven, scoring 21 in the process.

As if confirmation was needed that Jurgen Klopp is indeed a miracle-worker, the German pulled off this feat on the sidelines...

Liverpool now face Stoke City the semi-finals of the Captial One Cup, their 16th League Cup semi-final in their history.

The 6-1 victory means that Liverpool are now unbeaten in five away games in all competitions under Jurgen Klopp, leaving them just six points adrift of top spot in the Premier League.
