Viktoria Plzeň paid a heartbreaking tribute to Marian Cisovsky, their defender who is suffering from the terminal illness ALS, as they celebrated with the Czech title.
The 35-year-old was diagnosed with the condition last year as the club competed on the Europa League.
After the final whistle, Cisovsky's fellow players helped him onto the podium, where the fans in attendance chanted his name, reducing him to tears.
Plzen manager Miroslav Koubek, added, "I am a hard man, but I’m tearful for Marian. If I could give up the title that I waited 32 years for his health. I would do so immediately."
