Former Republic of Ireland international Liam Brady was a legend at Highbury in the 70s and 80s and Arsenal fans still adore him.
Brady is , justifiably, considered one of the greatest players to ever don a Gunners jersey.
The 60-year-old was to take part in a Legend's Tour of the Emirates Stadium, which one Arsenal fan couldn't make due to illness.
In a heartwarming gesture, the Dubliner visited Martin Toomey in hospital and the reaction he got illustrates the esteem he is held in.
Brady joined Arsenal as a 15-year-old in 1971, before turning professional in 1973.
During this time he was voted the club's player of the year three times, and chosen as the PFA Player of the Year in 1979. He was the first foreign player to win the award.
He played a massive part in Arsenal's FA Cup final triumph in 1979.
