French TV show 'L'Espresso' has done a rather strange segment on the second most popular sport in Ireland... hurling.
Presenters Thomas Desson and Mariella Tiemann introduced the special feature which was conducted by eccentric reporter Jean Baptiste Goupil.
He travelled to the Ahascragh-Fohenagh club in Galway to get a crash course in the ancient.
He struggled to master the skills and gets pollaxed with a shoulder at one stage. The exchanges with the management and players at the club is really strange as they respond in English to questions asked in French.
