Dong Lu, now formerly of broadcaster LeTV, was forced to stay until nearly 4am Beijing time to provide live commentary for the clash between two of club football’s biggest titans.

The action at the Bernabéu, which saw Madrid’s Nacho net the winner in the Group A tie, was seemingly not enough to keep Lu from passing out at the 79th minute mark and, his snoring can be clearly heard.

LeTv fired the 20-year veteran almost immediately, though Lu has vowed to continue covering soccer through his personal blog.
