Paul Galvin goes to war with Irish Rail in Twitter row

Kerry star Paul Galvin is not one bit happy with Irish Rail after they refused to change a train ticket for him.
The four-time All Ireland winner took to Twitter yesterday in an attempt to change the day of a train ticket from Heuston Station to Kerry but was left bewildered by their customer service team.
Galvin tweeted to Irish Rail: "Hi guys. I need to change my Heuston/Kerry train ticket from today at 1 to Thursday at 1 please. What do I need to do? Thanks."
But they responded saying that his request could not be fulfilled.
"Hi, unfortunately your ticket cant be cancelled/changed, at this stage - new ticket must be purchased."
Galvin then had a pop had the Irish Rail customer care desk before revealing he had no problem changing a flight with Aer Lingus two weeks previously.
"For real? @AerLingus transferred a flight for free 2 weeks ago w/a simple call to a helpdesk. Meanwhile.. "
Galvin posted a link to an email reply he received from the customer care team at Irish Rail reading: "Thank you for contacting Iarnrod Eireann/Irish Rail Customer Care with your feedback/complaint regarding our service.
"Your feedback is important to us and the matter will be investigated by a member of our team. Our aim is to provide a full response to 90% of emails within three working days.
"Remeber for train times, fares or to book a ticket at our best prices go to www.irishrail.ie."
But Galvin wasn't finished.
"This is Customer Service in your world? An illegible no scrawled on the back of my ticket. Out of touch."
