Eva Carneiro comes back to haunt Jose Mourinho on Twitter as Chelsea lose to Man City

Last week Jose Mourinho was able to deflect blame for a poor Chelsea performance onto his medical team - this week he'll have nowhere to hide.
His side were thoroughly outclassed by a slick, fit and composed Manchester City, and eventually lost 3-0 in front of a delighted Etihad crowd.
Chelsea lacked guile going forward, and missed their usual defiance and solidity in defence, but at Chelsea, the buck always stops with Jose. And sadly for him, the schadenfreude was coming in thick and fast after City's third went in.
