We suspect the health a safety regulations at the creaking stadium in Kaduna may not have been quite a stringent as we would expect in Europe, but all managed to watch the get and seemingly escape unharmed from this makeshift tower.

The acrobat hanging off the top tier of the metal structure is especially fortunate to have found his way home safely, while it also appears that a man is holding a large pole to either help people climb the tower or maybe even support it.

Chelsea's Jon Obi Mikel and Manchester City starlet Kelechi Iheanach both played in the game for a Nigeria side that drew 1-1 with A Egypt side that included Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny.

Yet the abiding image from this game will be the remarkable images of the huge crowds showing a dangerous desire to watch the action.
