Kerry stun Offaly while Wexford book quarter-final place with late win over Laois

It was a day for late drama in Division 1B this afternoon with Kerry and Wexford both eking out one-point wins away from home.

The Kingdom saw off Offaly by 2-18 to 2-17 while Wexford pipped Laois by 0-22 to 0-21. Despite the win, Kerry will need to beat Laois in a playoff to preserve their Division 1B status.

The other game in in the division saw Clare beat Limerick by 1-19 to 0-18 in Ennis.

Meanwhile in Division 2A, Carlow beat leaders Westmeath by 0-20 to 1-15 to set up a rematch in the final next weekend. Had Carlow lost, London would have played the Lake County in the decider after their tight 1-22 to 1-19 home victory over Antrim.

In what amounted to a relegation playoff, Kildare condemned Derry to Division 2B after winning by 2-18 to 1-16.

Armagh 1-17 Mayo 1-10

Down 2-17 Meath 1-14

Wicklow 2-27 Donegal 0-17

Armagh play Down in the league final.

 

Division 3A

Monaghan 2-13 Warwickshire 2-6

Louth 5-12 Fingal 2-9

Roscommon 4-13 Tyrone 1-14

Roscommon play Monaghan in the league final.

 

Division 3B

Leitrim 1-11 Fermanagh 2-16

Slligo 5-13 Longford 5-21

Longford play Fermanagh in the league final.
