Scotland's Matthew Cross should be back in action against Ireland on Saturday.

Ireland and Scotland will meet on Saturday in a hastily rearranged T20 international.

The second match between the teams was abandoned without a ball bowled due to persistent rain on Friday.

However, a statement on www.cricketireland.ie confirmed the two teams would try again.

It read: "Following the abandonment of Ireland's T20 International at Bready due to persistent rain, an extra fixture will be added to the current series - the two sides will now meet tomorrow, Saturday June 20th, at 3.30pm at the same venue."

Scotland lead the series 1-0 going into Sunday's final match, having won Thursday's first game by six wickets on the back of Matthew Cross' brilliant innings of 60.
