Ryan keeps Ballyboden on course for historic double

Ballyboden St Enda's quest to complete the first Dublin championship double since St Vincents' in 1981 continued last night with a comfortable replay win over O'Tooles at Parnell Park.
They now face Craobh Chiarain in Sunday's final and they'll go in on a high after this show of strength.
The Larriers were only given a second bite of the cherry after a late Brendan McLaughlin goal and Michael Carton point forced 'Boden to the replay in Sunday's drawn game.
Peadar Carton opened the scoring for the losers, but it was the only time they would lead in the match as they were dominated throughout the opening 30 minutes.
Ballyboden's Simon Lambert was influential at full-forward, while they had quality in every line, David Sweeney scoring two points.

Conal Keaney struck for a superb score of his own, while the defence refused to allow any space as Dave O'Connor aptly showed when dispossessing Ger O'Mara when the midfielder looked like opening them up.
A seven-point lead at half-time would have sufficed but, just in case, they added their opening goal two minutes into injury-time as Lambert scrambled home after Sweeney's shot had come off the bar to leave the scores 1-11 to 0-4 at the interval.
O'Tooles didn't give up and Gary Maguire showed why he's Anthony Daly's number one goalkeeper with three brilliant saves, while his opposite number McLaughlin finished the half with three points, two of which came from 21-metre frees that he sent too high.
Had one of the goal chances gone in it might have set up a grandstand finish, but without the momentum 'Boden's pursuit of three in a row goes on despite Kevin Flynn's late penalty.
