Charleville CBS qualified for the final for the first time since their only other appearance in 1939 when they outgunned Our Lady's Templemore at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds.
Full-forward James O'Brien was man-of-the-match for the winners with a tally of 2-2, all from play.
His first goal came two minutes before half-time and his side went in at the break in front by 1-8 to 0-6.
The clinching goals came within a couple of minutes approaching the mid-point of the second period through O'Brien and Mark Kavanagh.
That left the Cork side leading by 3-12 to 0-9 and the game was effectively over as a contest.
When the losers' top scorer Liam McGrath goaled from a 21-yard free with five minutes remaining, it was too little too late.
Pa O'Callaghan sparkled for the winners and finished with nine points (six frees) before he was hauled ashore five minutes from the finish.
The contribution of O'Brien was also huge, while Timmy Rea also did well. Our Lady's were very much in the game until O'Brien hit his two goals; McGrath was their top scorer with 1-6, 1-4 from frees.
