Tyrone booked their place in the final with a 27-point win over Longford at Healy Park.
Justin Kelly led the way with 2-9 as the Red Hands ran riot, completing their five-game programme with a four wins and a draw. Longford raised the green flag through Johnny Casey in the opening minute.
Kelly responded with a fifth-minute goal and Cathal McErlean netted twice in the first half for Tyrone, who held a 3-14 to 1-5 lead at half-time.
Kelly got his second goal after smashing a 20-metre free to the net 10 minutes from the end. Aidan Kelly, Gary Fox and McErlean also hit the target.
The Red Hands will meet South Down in the league decider next month.
