The former Clare legend and All-Ireland winner will take up the reigns in the Dublin club in the New Year.

Peter Walsh, Chairman of Kilmacud Crokes Hurling said “The club are delighted to have brought on board someone of the calibre, energy and passion of Ollie Baker.

“We believe that this sets out the enthusiasm, ambition and vision of the club and the commitment for us as a club and as a team to work as hard as possible to regain the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship and to bring whatever success is achievable by our fine young panel in the years ahead.
