Davy Fitzgerald will be Clare senior hurling manager until 2017 at least.
The All Ireland winning manager had his contract extended last night for a further three years.
Fitgerald has spoken in the past of building a hurling dynasty at Clare
confirmed after the County Board meeting last night was Colm Collins’ succession of Mick O’Dwyer as county senior football manager. Collins will be joined by Ger Keane who will act as a selector.
