Cody finally hands Reid starting role for Dubs clash
BRILLIANT Kilkenny 'super-sub' TJ Reid is finally getting his long-awaited championship start as the Cats begin their 'Drive for Five' in tomorrow's Leinster SHC semi-final with Dublin.
Reid will start at full-forward after coming off the bench in all of last summer's championship matches.
Noel Hickey is also back at full-back, after his long injury lay-off. With John Tennyson and James 'Cha' Fitzpatrick both injured, Brian Cody's team shows five changes from the team which started last year's All-Ireland final.
John Dalton, Hickey, Michael Fennelly, Martin Comerford and Reid start in place of Michael Kavanagh, Tennyson, Derek Lyng, Eoin Larkin and Aidan Fogarty.
Dublin have made just one change to the side that beat Laois. The experienced Liam Ryan comes in at full-forward for Paul Ryan and Tomás Brady, and David O'Callaghan have both recovered from injuries to start.
