The All-Ireland senior title is the big fish that Clare are trying to net, but they would love to catch the smaller fry too in the form of the U-21 crown.

With so many of the senior squad in action against Antrim in this evening's final, they are near-certainties to win.

Antrim are a big, forceful side who hurled very well in the semi-finals, but you would have to think that Wexford's concentration wasn't what it should have been. A case, perhaps, of thinking the game would win itself, which it never does.

I'm sure the Clare lads who are on the senior panel will enjoy the chance to get back hurling after last Sunday and by 6.30 this evening, they will be celebrating what they hope is the first leg of an All-Ireland double.
