Northern Ireland's achievement in getting through the group stage at Euro 2016 was celebrated in France and back home.
Despite the 1-0 defeat to Germany, a 2-0 win for Turkey over the Czech Republic meant Northern Ireland were guaranteed to finish as one of the best four third-placed sides in the six groups.
Turkey were thanked, goalkeeper Michael McGovern was tipped for a big move after his stand-out show, and actress Bronagh Waugh made an almighty noise.
Here is a selection of Twitter reaction to Northern Ireland reaching the last 16:
Northern Irish boxing hero Carl Frampton (@RealCFrampton): "Straight out to celebrate with a kebab and a shave #Tur #NIR"
