Do the double

SOCCER

Having beat them twice in the league last term, Swansea won't fear a visit from Arsenal today and a win for Gary Monk's men is generally available at 4/1. But despite suffering a League Cup loss to Sheffield Wednesday and an ever-growing injury list, the Gunners' league campaign is well on track and they currently trade at 7/4 to lift the title. Out to prove their latest loss was a blip, Arsenal could be dangerous and I'm happy to take the 3/4 about an away win.

RACING

Paul Nicholls (pictured) has won the Powers Irish Whiskey Chase (2.10 Down Royal) six times and priced around 9/4, Ptit Zig can take it again at the expense of Gordon Elliott's Clarcam. Although he made a few mistakes, Ptit Zig wasn't disgraced in the JLT Novice Chase at Cheltenham and a Grade Two looks a good place to start off the season.
