Soccer in London and horse racing at Punchestown

SOCCER

The Arsenal v Tottenham London derby is always a tough one to call.

In fact, this fixture has seen more draws than any other in Premier League history, with 17 clashes of the pair ending in a stalemate.

In the latest four renewals, the average number of goals per game has been 5.75 and, with Arsene Wenger (above) and Andre Villas Boas badly needing the win, we can expect to see that trend continue today. Back both teams to score this afternoon at 8/15.

HORSE RACING

The handicapper has caught up with Money Spider on the Flat, but she's got other options over hurdles and wasn't disgraced when third of 15 runners in her first race under that code at Thurles recently.

She may have done better had she not been hampered early on and she's a safe enough bet today to make amends at Punchestown priced around 4/6.
