Now that they have All-Ireland medals in their pockets, it has been suggested that the Dublin players are not showing the same level of passion for the game this term.

The display against Wexford certainly raises a number of questions, but surely a meeting with old enemy Meath in the Leinster final tomorrow will be just the tonic to get the fires burning? I'm backing the boys in blue to land the half-time/full-time result (8/11).


We don't have a whole lot to go on, but Toronado (11/8) should take all the beating in the Carraig Insurance Winkfield Stakes at Ascot (2.10) if his debut race at Newbury is anything to go by.

Richard Hannon's colt had an air of authority as he confidently took the lead and kicked on for home in the final furlong.
