Do the double

Wayne Bailey

Soccer

Manchester United will be licking their wounds following their exit from the Champions League at the hands of Basel, but this is no time to mope around, with success in the Premier League even more important now than ever.

Despite what happened in Europe, United should get back to winning ways at home to Wolves and the half-time/full-time bet looks a reasonably safe option at 4/6.

Horse racing

Overturn has done this column some favours in the past fortnight and delivered the goods as the main tip of the day at 5/2 and 7/4 respectively in his latest two starts.

At 5/2 today, he's worth a punt again in the Stanjames.com International Hurdle at Cheltenham (3.05).

The likes of Menorah will be no pushover but the selection is extremely versatile and usually performs well when making a quick return to action.

• Last week's double was successful on both legs at an overall price of 11/8.
