DO THE DOUBLE

Chelsea have found their mojo again, scoring 13 goals in their last three games, and have edged their way back into the top four. However, let's not get too excited as beating Bolton, Blackburn and Ipswich is the least we can expect for a club of their resources. The west London outfit head to Everton for today's FA Cup clash and I'm expecting the Toffees to put up some serious opposition in a competition they have an outside chance of winning. A high-scoring game could be on the cards, but the bet that catches the eye is the 'double chance' offer on Everton to win or draw, which is generally available around 4/5.
Five-year-old gelding Wilfred Pickles has been frustrating to follow and even traded as low as 1/20 in-running last season at Bath before getting chinned on the line by Warning Song. However, his connections have found an easy race in the Blue Square Wish Crawley Town Good Luck Maiden Stakes and the gelding should have buckets in hand if running to form. This should be a straightforward penalty kick and early quotes of 4/9 are a fair reflection of his chances.
- Last week's double was successful on both legs at an overall price of 9/5.
