Padraig Harrington has slumped to No 32 in the world rankings, his lowest position in more than 10 years -- he last ranked 32nd on September 24, 2000.
This year got off to a slow start for the Dubliner as he was controversially disqualified from the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship and finished a lowly 58th at the Volvo Bahrain Champions last Sunday.
He'll have an opportunity to make up some ground when he plays seven times in nine weeks in the US, starting with next week's AT&T National Pro-Am in Pebble Beach. Bubba Watson has leapt 15 spots into the world top-20 for the first time, at No 18, following his one-stroke victory over Phil Mickelson in The Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.
