Meadow hits back to make hay
The 14-year-old, already the Connacht champion, defeated 21-year-old Niamh Kitching of Claremorris in the final.
The title looked to be heading to Claremorris as Kitching led by three holes at 15, but back came Meadow, who had beaten Munster Champion Marian Riordan 3&2 in the semi-finals.
In a superb finish, she eagled the 18th hole to take the match to a play-off, before another eagle at the first play-off hole to grab a second Major Championship in the space of a fortnight.
Meanwhile, in the Junior final, Enniscorthy's Jennifer King also won on the 19th hole, beating Carmel J Walsh of the host club Waterford.
