O'Connor the Wexford hero
Wexford 0-21 Dublin 1-14
Wexford staged a remarkable extra-time recovery to emerge with a deserved victory over Dublin in this Electric Ireland Leinster minor hurling championship quarter-final at Innovate Wexford Park.
After a tight opening, Ronan Hayes pounced for a goal to give Dublin a 1-9 to 0-9 lead.
After the sides ended normal time all-square, two Rory O'Connor pointed frees had the home side in control, only for the visitors to draw level. But two O'Connor points, along with efforts from Conor Hearne and sub Eoin Kelly, gave the Model County a dramatic victory.
