Noel McGrath back training with Tipp less than two months after cancer surgery

Tipperary hurlers received a massive boost last night when Noel McGrath returned to training two months after undergoing an operation to help treat testicular cancer.
The Star newspaper's Shane Stapleton brought is the good news last night when he tweeted a pictures of McGrath taking part ion a Tipp training session. "Nicest thing to see in Tipp gear since Jim Carrey wore blue and gold in NY. Noel McGrath back doing a little jogging," said Stapleton.
McGrath underwent surgery on April 17. The 24-year-old is one of the best corner-forwards in the game and has two All Star awards to his name as well as an All-Ireland winner's medal from Tipp's 2010 triumph.
He is one of the few hurlers to have won All Ireland titles with Tipperary at Senior, Under 21 and Minor levels.
