Kildare manager Joe Quaid gives up All Ireland final ticket for super fan Jennifer Malone
Hurling super fan Jennifer Malone will be at today's All Ireland final in Croke Park between Waterford and Galway thanks to Kildare manager Joe Quaid.
Jennifer was desperately searching for golden tickets for herself and her mother and Quaid duly obliged by giving up his for today's showdown.
Jennifer captured the hearts of GAA fans everywhere when she was pictured consoling Waterford's Pauric Mahony after the Deise were beaten by Kilkenny in their All-Ireland semi-final replay last year.
The Kildare native is an avid sports fan and was at Croke Park today for the Leinster final between Galway and Wexford earlier this year wearing a jersey featuring both counties colours.
Joe Canning convinced stewards at GAA HQ to allow her on to the pitch for a photo with the Bob O'Keeffe Cup after the Tribesmen's 0-29 to 1-17 victory.
