Louth edged out Warwickshire in a thriller in Birmingham as they bounced back from last week's defeat to Roscommon.
Liam Dwan was the hero for Louth as his last-gasp effort sailed over the bar to edge the Wee County a point ahead with the final whistle sounding just seconds later.
It was cruel on Warwickshire who had led throughout playing some wonderful hurling, with Shane Morrissey in particular catching the eye with some excellent scores.
Two Morrissey first-half goals helped put the home side in the driving seat before Dwan's goal cut the gap to 2-5 to 1-5 at the interval.
Turlough Hendry's goal for Louth midway through the second half saw the sides go level.
The sides exchanged points as Warwickshire edged a point clear with two minutes remaining.
However late scores from Nigel Stanley and that last-gasp effort from Dwan ensured it was a successful away day for Louth.
