Armagh book place in decider
Armagh 3-19 Fingal 1-11
Two goals in as many minutes from corner-forwards Declan Coulter and Conor Corvan ultimately proved the difference as Armagh beat Fingal at the Naomh Barrog grounds in Kilbarrack to book a place in the final.
Armagh's pace and physicality was to prove decisive on the day and once Fingal were reduced to 14 men following the 55th-minute dismissal of Kieran O'Sullivan it was always going to be hard for Mick Kennedy's men.
Conor Corvan had found the back of the of the net for the Orchard County but a series of scores culminating in a JM Sheridan goal on 19 minutes would see Fingal up by four points. By half-time the sides were level but following a heavy downpour, Armagh struck with goals from Corvan (49) and Coulter (50) to kill off the game as a contest.
