Tyrone seal facile win over Kildare
Tyrone's first half blitz saw them register a facile 1-13 to 0-10 win over Kildare in Newbridge.

Stephen O'Neill's point put Tyrone in front and they extended their lead soon afterwards after Mark Donnellan denied Tyrone a goal only for the rebound to fall to Mark Donnelly who found the net.
Seanie Johnston and Alan Smith, a late replacement for Tomas O'Connor, responded with Kildare's opening points.
O'Neil, McAliskey and Niall Morgan added points for Mickey Harte's men as they pushed into a 1-5 to 0-2 lead.
Ronan Sweeney got a much needed point for Kildare but Tyron finished the first half stronger wih the breeze at their backs to lead 1-8 to 0-3 at the interval.
Eamonn Callaghan got Kildare's first score of the second half but Tyrone added the next three.
Seanie Johnston, Paul Cribben and Eoghan O'Flaherty added scores for the hosts but they never threatened to reel in Tyrone and fell to a disappointing six point defeat.
