Two-goal McCann the man
Lamh Dhearg 1-5Cargin 2-11
Mick McCann fired home two penalties as Erin's Own, Cargin secured a sixth title, and first since 2006.
Cargin led 0-4 to 0-0 after eight minutes with Tomas McCann and Ciaran Close sharing scores.
Lamh Dhearg got off the mark through Paddy Cunningham, who converted a free and a '45'.
Cargin were awarded the first of three penalties on 20 minutes but Tomas McCann hit the post and the sides were soon level when Cunningham's pass was palmed to the net by Gareth Galway.
Three minutes later Ryan McKernan was dragged to the ground in the square. This time Mick McCann made no mistake.
Cunningham's third point closed the gap to two but Close and Paul McCann gave Cargin a four-point cushion at the break.
Midway through the second half, Cargin had stretched their lead to 1-10 to 1-5 when they were awarded their third penalty. Hannahstown keeper John Finucane received a black card for the challenge and Mick McCann again stepped up to convert past sub keeper Mark McIlvenny.
The game produced just one more score, a second point for Paul McCann. Cargin were reduced to 14 men when Mick McCann received a black while on a caution, but the title was in the bag.
