Tommy Walsh will make his first start in the Kerry colours since the 2009 All-Ireland final at Celtic Park on Sunday.

Despite getting a knock last week when he came off the bench, the former Aussie Rules player has been named to start in Sunday's crucial game in Derry.

Walsh has been named to partner David Moran in midfield and Kieran O'Leary drops to the bench but Anthony Maher, Killian Young and Donnchadh Walsh are also noticeably back in the Kingdom's subs this week.

Monaghan retain the same 15 starters who beat Tyrone in their opener but have lots of positional switches.
