Mayo and Dublin will do it all again next Saturday evening in Croke Park at 5pm after an exhilarating 2-12 to 1-15 draw in today's All-Ireland football semi-final.

Jim Gavin's Dublin led by seven points heading into the final quarter and looked to be in cruise control but Cillian O'Connor's converted penalty was just the springboard the Connacht champions needed as they showed tremendous resilience to snatch a draw from the jaws of defeat.

Diarmuid Connolly received a straight red card late in the game and is likely to be suspended for the clash while All Star full-back Rory O'Carroll received ten stitches to an eye wound early in the game and faces a race against time to be fit.

Both sides will have just six days to recuperate for next week's clash which will take place less than 24 hours before hurling's All-Ireland final between reigning champions Kilkenny and Galway, which throws in at 3.30pm.

Ironically, this is the second year Mayo have been involved in a drawn semi-final after last year's epic rematch with Kerry, which was moved from Croke Park to the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick due to a college Americian Football college game at GAA HQ.

Cleaners and ground staff will be working overtime in an effort to have facilities in pristine condition for a monster weekend with over 160,000 spectators expected to pass through the gates at the famous Jones' Road venue.
