Ruth seals UL victory

UL 3-15 Kerry 1-15

John Meyler's young Kerry side ran out of steam in the dying stages of yesterday's Tralee clash.

Shane Brick's 11 points kept them in contention but a goal and a point from Andrew Quinn saw UL lead 2-7 to 0-9 at the break.

Gary O'Brien's goal put Kerry to within a point before Matt Ruth's second goal sealed UL's win.
