On the evidence of their All-Ireland semi-final win over Dublin, Cork seem to have learned how to see out the big games and, by comparison, Down are an inexperienced side.
Down have their tails up, which traditionally is bad news for everyone else, but without a fully fit Ambrose Rodgers, they'll find Cork's size hard to deal with. Expect them to hang on until the end, meaning Down plus three (8/13) looks solid.
The minor championship has long been considered to be a foregone conclusion such is the talent of Tyrone. But Cork have a happy knack of pulling games out of the fire as they have shown on more than a few occasions, meaning 4/11 about the Ulster men is much too short. Cork plus three (4/5) looks tasty.
