Former Chelsea and Spurs keeper Carlo Cudicini is currently completing his UEFA coaching badges with the FAI and got to experience Jim McGuinness' own brand of motivation.

McGuinness was tipped by Karl Lacey for top level soccer management while Saracens boss Mark McCall said his team was "captivated" by the new Sky Sports pundit when he gave them a speech ahead of their Champions Cup semi-final defeat to Clermont Auvergne this year.

Cudicini was clearly impressed by McGuinness who gave a presentation at a FAI Pro-License course yesterday and took to Twitter to praise him.
