O'Toole's address Fennell dispute
DUBLIN club O'Toole's are expected to make a statement today regarding their ongoing dispute with Eamonn Fennell over his proposed transfer to rival outfit St Vincent's.
The club's executive committee met last night and the row with the Dublin midfielder was one of the items on the agenda.
The O'Toole's footballers find themselves in relegation trouble and must beat Ballinteer, St John's on Sunday to preserve their Division 2 league status. They have recently stated their intention to ask Fennell to line out in that game and, should he refuse, he would be putting his eligibility for the county side in serious jeopardy.
Meanwhile, Fennell is believed to be preparing a case to go before the DRA, which could be heard as early as this weekend before the Dubs take on Kerry in the National League.
