Two early second-half goals proved decisive as Coláiste na Sceilge squeezed through in Glin yesterday.
Just before Denis Daly and Ciarán Keating struck, the Ennis school's first-half superiority told as they shot into a four-point lead and they were back level again before Conor O'Shea's match-winning free at the end of normal time.
Flannan's looked in control when Tony Kelly's free -- their fourth unanswered point -- put them ahead before Morgan O'Donoghue equalised for a half-time score of 1-3 to 0-6.
St Flannan's hit full steam when Conor O'Gorman blasted to the net but Daly rocked them immediately by fly-kicking a loose ball past Joe Neylon.
Sceilge were back in front when Keating scored a superb goal but Martin O'Leary then drew the sides level before O'Shea struck the winner.
