THE Leinster Council are facing a fixture headache after the Bord na Mona O'Byrne Cup final between Kildare and DCU was called off following two pitch inspections at St Conleth's Park, Newbridge, which was waterlogged.

Kildare declined the offer to play the game tonight and that could mean a long delay in it being rescheduled because of DCU's Sigerson Cup commitments and the start of the Allianz League.
