Most observers felt that the red card decision from David Coldrick was harsh but that he followed the letter of the law.

It is believed that Keegan's successful hearing was largely based on video evidence and Mayo were thrilled when news came through late last night.

According to reports, Keegan was sent off for kicking with "minimal force" but using video evidence Mayo claimed that no contact was made.
