Tomas McCann was the star of the show as Erin's Own, Cargin retained their title with a comprehensive victory.
The corner-forward grabbed the only goal seven minutes into the first half to put Cargin 1-1 to 0-1 ahead, and the reigning champions were never headed for the remainder of the game.
Michael Pollock opened the scoring for St Gall's after three minutes, with Ciaran Close levelling a minute later.
The goal came after a slick move involving corner-back Kevin O'Boyle, whose driving run upfield created the space for McCann to fire past Chris Kerr.
St Gall's did not score again until the 26th minute, when Karl Stewart converted a free, and in-between Cargin added a further six points with McCann the tormentor-in-chief.
Ryan McKernan's effort was tipped over the bar by Kerr, but with Close accurate from placed balls, Cargin led 1-9 to 0-2 at the break.
St Gall's introduced CJ McGourty after the restart and the former county star accounted for all four of his side's points in the second half.
In a scrappy and foul-ridden half-hour, Cargin's Donagh McKeever was sent off for two bookable offences, and Enda McCroggan and St Gall's Jackson McGreevy were both black-carded.
Cargin added just two points in the second half, a Paul McCann effort from play and a late free from Michael McCann, but the hard work was done in the opening 30 minutes.
