John McAreavey, husband of the late Michaela Harte, has been included in a 32-man Down football squad for the Ulster championship.
Michaela, daughter of Tyrone's All-Ireland-winning manager Mickey Harte, was murdered on honeymoon in Mauritius in January just days after the couple were married.
Down are seeking to emulate their success last year, when they reached the All-Ireland final.
McAreavey (right) made his Down debut in 2008, with his first senior appearance coming in the McKenna Cup, when he scored 2-3 against Donegal.
Later that year he came on as a substitute in the All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Wexford at Croke Park.
His selection for this year's panel comes just weeks after he led his club Tullylish to victory in a Division 3 match.
The 30-year-old put in an impressive performance against Newry Mitchels, with his side winning 1-22 to 2-6 at Pairc na nOg. McAreavey accrued a tally of 1-12 in the game.
