Massive boost for Kingdom as Walsh predicts 'I'll be coming home next year'

KERRY football were handed a major boost after Tommy Walsh said he was ready to return home next year.
Walsh is in the final year of his contract with AFL side Sydney Swans and admitted he is eager to come back to Ireland when his deal expires.
"As of now I'll be coming home," Walsh said. "And I'd be okay with that. I'll probably make my mind up in the middle of next year, depending on what the Swans do.
"But I could go out and play every game next year and still decide that it is time for me to come home."
Walsh moved to St Kilda shortly after the Kingdom captured the Sam Maguire in 2009 before switching to the Swans in late 2011. A series of setbacks and injuries have hampered his career Down Under, and he admitted he still has ambitions to fulfil in the GAA.
"I'll be 26 at the end of next season and I'd consider that to be young. There's still a lot of things I want to do with Kerry and Kerins O'Rahillys," he said.
"I love Kerry football, I love my club and I love the game. That will never go. That will always drive me to want to come back."
