Moore scored 3-8 as the O'Moore men hit four goals in the last five minutes to see off Wicklow.

The first half was an evenly contested affair, with Moore scoring five points to help Laois into a 0-6 to 0-4 lead.

Wicklow managed to draw level before the break, but Moore, Colm Murphy and Cathal Dunne all pointed to put Laois 0-11 to 0-7 up at half-time.

A Moore goal early in the second half put Laois in control, but Wicklow battled on, and a Cormac O'Shea goal in 54th minute levelled the game.

Laois replied in ruthless fashion, though, as four goals in five minutes took them clear.
