Eamonn Fitzmaurice has made two changes to his Kerry team to face Monaghan in this weekend's National Football League clash in Clones.

Brian Kelly comes in instead of Brendan Kealy in goal while David Moran comes back after injury to replace captain Bryan Sheehan who is carrying his own knock.

Tyrone manager Mickey Harte meanwhile, has made four changes for tomorrow’s Ulster derby clash with relegation-threatened Armagh.

The Orchard men desperately need a win to lift them out of the danger zone in Division 2, but Harte has insisted that they will find no favours at Healy Park, and he has backed that assertion up by naming a strong team.

Niall Morgan returns in goal in place of Mickey O’Neill for already-promoted Tyrone, while there’s a first league start for Padraig Hampsey, a replacement for full-back Ronan McNamee, who has an ankle injury.

Rory Brennan comes into the half-back line in place of Johnny Munroe, while in attack, there’s a recall for Darren McCurry, at the expense of Conal McCann.

Ronan O’Neill has recovered from a back injury he picked up late on in the win over Meath to start at centre-forward, but his Omagh club-mate Conor Meyler will play no part, due to a hamstring injury sustained in the same game.

Sean Cavanagh starts at full-forward with brother Colm named at midfield.

Elsewhere, Down GAA is mourning the death of Brendan Sloan, one of the county’s most formidable defenders who won an All-Ireland medal in 1968.

Sloan was right corner-back on the team that defeated Kerry to land the county’s third All-Ireland title.

The Attical man also won a league title earlier that year.
