Kerry bring back big guns for trip to Donegal

Eamonn Fitzmaurice has named a star-studded side for Kerry's opening National League fixture away to Donegal on Sunday.

The Kingdom fielded their U21 side during the recent McGrath Cup, and now welcome back a host of big names such as James O'Donoghue and 2016 All Star Paul Geaney in the forward line.

This will be the team's first season without stalwart Marc O Se, who retired at the end of last season, with Jason Foley - an All-Ireland minor winner in 2014 and 2015, set to wear the number two jersey on Sunday.

Foley is one of four players making their league debuts, along with former minor team-mate Tom O'Sullivan, who will play at wing back, Jack Savage, who will play corner forward and Tadhg Morley, who will also play at wing back.

The game throws in at 14.00 in Ballybofey on Sunday.
