The cost of a semi-final stand ticket is normally €40 but this will drop by €10 euro while a terrace ticket will now cost €20, down from €25, GAA president Liam O'Neill has confirmed.

The GAA have made this decision as the controversy of fixing the game for the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick for 5pm on Saturday rumbles on.

It is not clear if the decision to drop tickets is because of the venue change. The GAA have dropped prices by €30 for the two All-Ireland hurling final replays in recent years.

The replay has been fixed for Limerick because Croke Park is hosting an American Football colleges match between Penn State and University of Central Florida on Saturday afternoon.
