Down GAA is in mourning following the untimely death of Peter Turley.
The Saval GAC clubman and former Down player passed away yesterday.
Tributes have been pouring in for the former Queen's University midfielder who was on the team that lost consecutive Sigerson Cup finals in 2005 and 2006, to IT Sligo and DCU respectively.
The 33-year-old father-of-two was one of three Queen's players to win a Sigerson All Star in 2006.
His namesake is involved in the current Down senior football panel.

Peter Turley was one of the finest men I ever met. A throughly decent man, a friend, a great footballer. The world today is a lesser place— Thomas Niblock BBC (@thomasniblock) February 7, 2016
